"The air conditioning in the room did not work, they tried to fix it but needed parts and didn't get it fixed. I think someone owes me a refund or a discount because the air conditioning didn't work and they could not put us in a similar room."

"The fan in our room was loud and there was some loud people close to our room late at night (not the hotels fault I know). We asked to move rooms and they let us have another room on the upper floor. The rest of our stay was quiet and pleasant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. "

"Although an older establishment it has been refurbished and is in great shape. The rooms were spotless, comfy beds and choices of four pillows pending stiffness preference. Thecheck in and put was seamless. All staff were properly attire, friendly and welcoming. The kitchen dining facility was again spotless, well thought put re placement of cereals, to toasters, pastry locations. Super choices with fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausages, bagels, etc. Wonderful. I have no qualms giving this a fantastic rating. Well done. I'll be back."
