"The premium room was not as described. There is no fireplace in the room. Stayed 4 nights, House Keeping never showed up until the last day and they never cleaned the toilet or sinks (I did not have the privacy hanger hanging outside so they could not use that as an excuse.) No microwave, Ask for kettle but no more kettles available to warm up water, only coffee maker( had to use to make do.) The mattresses need to be changed as the felt worn out. Shower leaked and jacuzzi tub leaked. 1 room you could turn the heater on but the other room was freezing cold. Safe did not work. Could only use code 1111 and when it lock it said open and when open it said closed. The view was nice but that is about it. If I come back I will choose a different hotel next time."
