"We loved Arkana. We were made to feel like one of the family and staff were super friendly and able to assist with anything. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Bathrooms were freshly grouted and toilets spotless clean. For the price and proposition, I wouldnt hesitate staying again or recommending. The fact that onsite staff are always there added that extra safety and friendliness for me."

"The front desk lady is very nice and kindly asked me weather the storm have delayed our arrival. The apartment is super spacious and all the amenities are available. Regarding the location of this ecolodge you definitely need a vehicle for moving around the town. There’s a big picture of a turtle on the wall hanging above the bed and I can not be very sure each and every guest is comfortable with it."

"The manager at this property is super welcoming, honest And professional. We showed up terribly early and she ensured our room was cleaned first, and then asked us to check we were happy with it as we checked in. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Very well priced for what you get. Will stay here again!"
