"We were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. There is a shared bathroom but I never ran into anyone else. They kept it clean. You have to sign up for breakfast in 1/2 hour increments. I had a great view of the square. Easy access to several types of public transportation. I would definitely stay here again."

"One of the best hotels in Lisbon. Our twin room with a garden view was clean and cozy, the staff were very attentive, and the location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the city center and train station. I would definitely stay here again."

"AMAZING!!!!! The rooms are beautiful and the view was like a fairytale. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of selection. The staff are nice and helpful. Close walking to everything, although uphill if that’s a problem. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, was sad I had to leave!!!"

"Parking is extremely difficult. Be prepared to walk with your luggage. Room was clean and spacious but not so well maintained (leaking shower, few areas to put your stuff in the bathroom). Staff is very friendly "
