"Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows."

"Начну с того, что заявл енные двуспальная кровать "King Size" и диван-"кровать" таковыми не являются. Кровать стандартного размера, а диван не раскладной - взрослый человек на нем не сможет лежать. Сказал об этом администратору - обещали исправить описание. При заселении номер не был готов к приему троих взрослых человек, хотя бронировал заранее. Правда, достаточно быстро организовали третье спальное место - сначала матрас, а на утро и целую кровать принесли. Во всем остальном были только...

"Great location, lovely view from the apartment. Place was clean and great kitchen facilities. Staff were in touch all through the stay and were very helpful. The only negative was we found the bed very uncomfortable. "
