"Absolutely terrible cottages you can't get any more basic. Overlooking a concrete car park even though I paid for Garden view. Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK. The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern. Nothing to do for children. Wouldn't stay again."

"The staff were not overly helpful. I asked someone at the front desk to call me a taxi and they said they couldn’t so they gave me the number. When I said I couldn’t call because of the international number they seemed annoyed. I tried to get lunch one day and they told me the chef wouldn’t be in for another hour despite it being within the lunch hours they posted. The rooms were also very outdated."

"The hotel is not 4 star hotel for sure. Room dump and smelly. Breakfast not fantastic is independent who is in the kichen. We tray 2 day same food but 2 day the food presentation, and cooking is different. The big bonus is swimming pool. Hotel nothing around need car.so for cheap options is ok otherwise not"

"Friendly staff , Good breakfast with limited options. The room was bit warm and has a bit of humidity smell but very comfy and large bed. I attended for business stay and the meeting room was well maintained."

"Friendly and accommodating when we need to leave the car prior to an event and before check in at 3pm. Breakfast was reasonable and part of a deal booked through Expedia. When asked for fresh items, provided these. Had gf options also for breakfast. Reception open 24 hours but no out of hours food options on our return on Sunday as advertised or informed. Bar available and reasonably priced. Have used the same hotel when visiting area before and would happily return."
