"Room was alright and clean. But property is pretty rundown. Might want to consider renovating and redecorating the place to get more customers. The area is abit noisy with lots of ambulance and police car siren going on.
No lift and steep lift which can be a hassle to groups with elderly members "

"Didn’t even get to stay as no one there to greet us no information as how to gain access no one would answer the phone number I was given or messages totally ruined our wkend as had tickets for abba voyage n couldn’t go as nowhere to stay absolutely disgusting service and I will be seeking a refund and compensation for concert tickets and travel costs and inconvenience so damn angry 😡😡😡"

"Great accommodation. 3 adults on a leisure break & good to have a decent space. Sofa bed was comfortable & large.
All staff really friendly. Great breakfast selection & quality.
5-10 minute walk to the tube. Shops & takeaways all around. A multi cultural area close to the city. I may have felt a bit hesitant to walk from the tube if alone due to groups of people around - although didn’t see anything which caused concern. Would definitely stay again if the price was good."
