"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good. The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. My husband had to go and ask for another room (on his own) as the double was bearly wide enough for both of us, let alone long enough. … so if you are over 5’8 you will struggle. "Had low expectations of a motorway services hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Arrived late and had a really pleasant welcome by the guy in reception. Asked where I was off to in the morning and pleased he did as he told me about the shortcut to get back on the M6 southbound. Saved me a 20mile detour. Lady in the morning was also very pleasant. Room was clean and quiet for a hotel on the M6. Was great value for a bed for the night. "

"There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden "

"One night stay to see Eric Bibb at the Warwick Art Centre and the hotel was wonderful. We had a corner room with small patio. The room was clean, modern, bathrooms good size, Nespresso machine, water and treats. The bed and linen was very comfortable. Bar had a good food menu and breakfast included with lots to choose from. "
