"Hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 4 star for amenities was due to the pool being too cold to swim in, and the fire table outside didn’t work-although staff tried their best. Our room was a queen x2 with a trundle couch, and was VERY spacious and clean. However, when we pulled out the trundle there was a lot of garbage under it, so my daughter chose to sleep with us. "Had a power outage for six hours at night so room got cold. Staff offered no compensation at all, not even a complimentary snack or discounted food or anything. Also had to evacuate because of a fire alarm the next day. Staff when we checked out were very dismissive when we brought to their attention when they asked how our stay was. Room and facilities were okay, they just can’t handle out of the ordinary things very well."

"This hotel fills up quickly as they are a venue for bridal showers, weddings etc. They have amazing, spacious suites for larger groups with adjoining rooms if needed. The employees are very warm and friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere."

"Not to go for family, not to go for anybody, I would not recommend. It was a total waste of money. I checked in, the hotel was in such a shape that I just put my bags and left the place until next day just to pick my bag and checkout. I couldn't stay there for a minute as well."

"Check in took way longer than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The breakfast area sat 12 people. The breakfast choices were extremely limited. As a fire safety inspector I can say this place is in no way up to code. 2.5 days worth of trash bags were sitting in the stairwell by the end of our stay. The extinguishers were out of date by 3.5 months. None of the doors to the stairwells functioned as they should to be “fire rated” doors. Only stayed because we were part of a group otherwise we...
