"The staff were helpful after arriving in my room and finding it wasn’t clean. I was upgraded for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, overall the hotel is in need of deep cleaning and updating. Surfaces were cleaned well but no attention to corners, baseboards, sofa bed etc. Hotel lactation was convenient for our stay."

"This hotel is right in Station Square; centrally located at the Monongahela River. Just a short walk or drive over the bridge takes you to downtown Pittsburgh, home of PPG, PNC, and UPMC hospital complex. Parking is right across the street from this hotel. Costs $34 a day in parking garage or adjacent lot. Food is reasonably priced in the Factory South Side."

"After 3 night stay didn't have housekeeping service even though we reported it to the front desk and we were told we would have it the second day. Had to ask for tissues at the front desk minimal left and new box. The breakfast was very good and 'Jordan' was outstanding working diligently to get everything we needed without any other help. What an outstanding employee!!!"

"Hotel was very sketchy. Very dated but clean enough. My issue was with a maintenance issue we had. Our shower was leaking heavily on the floor so we informed them and asked for more towels. They asked to come into the room to inspect while we were away, and we obliged. "Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"Note: the executive stay hotels don’t have daily room service. Late check out is noon. This is outside a busy downtown bus stop with vagrants. Staff was very understanding despite Expedia misbooking the studio suite and bedroom suite. Apparently, Expedia needs to clarify this for bookings. Central location in downtown Pittsburgh, adjacent to the State Park and Market Square. About $15-$20 Uber/Lyfts to neighboring spots like the Strip, Oakland, and Lawrenceville.
