"Don’t be fooled by the title on Spa, it could be fantastic as location is great. It’s tired and grubby, outside not maintained with paint on windows flaking and doors don’t shut. Also my shower had no running water. 20 mins to put 4 inches of water in a bath because of the 50 holes in shower head only 6 had water coming out. Also charge extra for use of facilities. Typical of an OYO hotel. Never again"

Nothing major, but when we arrived, staff weren't sure about simple things like parking or whether we could use the business centre, and kept having to check with each other. A smile and a warm, friendly greeting would also go a long way. It's the first impression guests get, so it's a shame it didn't match the rest of the stay. The air-con in my room...
