"The room I was allocated had aircon and a fan but I didn't want either of those at the time so tried to open the window and found that it could not be held open. There was no where to hang clothes - cupboard, no hooks. Bed was good. The door could not be closed without slamming it which wasn't good for guests in other rooms. I went to the shared bathroom and found myself paddling in water in the area where one is supposed undress and dress. It seems that the shower is leaking because there was...

"It’s a great hotel, very comfortable and clean and the staff were excellent. The 10pm building evacuation was not fun. Upside managed to get myself out of the room from bed to street in very quick time. The signage for evacuation whilst under pressure was not easy to follow. This the only area for improvement and why I’ve given an average rating."

"Parking was great and on the property. Unfortunately the foyer and lift surrounds were quite grubby. The wash basin was left with someone else’s whiskers all over it which was quite off putting. I know you only pay budget prices, which in fact still cost us over $300 each night, but it’s not hard to keep the property looking presentable and clean."
