"Just good all around place to stay for a weekend getaway"

"Great location. Very clean room. Nice spacious unit with balcony. The cafe was not yet up and running but looks nice. Staff were friendly. Note - the main entrance is off a busy road so the best way to get in unless you’re walking/biking is through the garage (valet service provided there)"

"I have always been satisfied w Holiday Inn until recently, they have new coffee machines. The coffee tastes awful, like vinegar..😫.. And at this particular location, I was looking forward to using the pool, which, was, under construction!! Also, the air conditioner ran constantly! Disturbing while trying to sleep. And I did not have it on the constant fan setting. 😞 I found the bed comfortable, although the other bed was not, for my adult children., I do always like their check out time. 😌"

"The staff were consummate professionals- on top of their game and without pretension. The property was the same- clean and modern, while simultaneously warm and inviting. A chic version of an Austin oasis on a campus of oaks in the heart of South Austin. The totality of the experience outshines any tiny nitpicks (as an example: a beautiful armoire that contains the TV and mini-bar/fridge took up a lot of space in a tidy room) and it was easily a five-star experience. Can't wait to go back."

"Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. We did take advantage the pool on Friday night. We were the only one there. It was very clean and they supplied nice towels! Staff was friendly! It is right next to the highway...

"This charming B&B was just what my daughter and I needed on our girls weekend. The home was perfectly located and the breakfast option was a bonus! Thank you for offering such a quaint space in the midst of a bustling and lively city!! We got the best of both worlds."

"During my stay breakfast (apple, breakfast bar, water, orange juice) was served in a brown paper bag which should have been told to customers prior to booking. Elevator was out and someone actually got stuck in it. There were no vending machines if you needed something to drink so you had to leave the facility and go to a store."

"Valet parking was terrible. They took my car to an off site lot and it got booted. Took two hours for them to retrieve my vehicle. Just waiting for a citation from the city of Austin."

"The hotel was cute and in a good location! From our room on the 12th floor you could unfortunately hear people from others rooms… in our case up until 3AM. Aside from the noise, hotel was solid. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay at this particular hotel again."
