"Everything was superb except the dining room. The waiter forgot my breakfast order completly and eventually came back to ask what it was. I aaked for a coffee refill that never came. I had to hunt him down for a second cup. The concierge and front desk were great. They even charged my phone for me as I forgot my charge cord. "

"The service was impeccable and the breakfast was very good. Tea service was excellent. The hotel was everything to be expected of a 5 start establishment. My only suggestion would be to supply bath tub amenities such as bubble bath or salts to improve that experience. "

"Couch in room was pretty nasty. Stains and a nail coming out of side. Rug stains also. Need queen size beds size of room was great so could definitely use a bigger bed. "

"Had to pay $25 to park for 48hrs in the connected parking garage. The entrance to the hotel was packed and it looked like a very long time to wait. I didn't ask about being reimbursed for parking. I should have inquired before my stay."

"This hotel sits right on the water. Despite what the images may make you think, the only available rooms in the hotel are on the geound floor. This is fine, as the area is very quiet. But dont expect grand views of the water from an upper level room-- those are all condos. The reception area is inviting and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very accomodating. Parking is across the street at the marina amd is easily accesible. At the time of this review, parking cost $36 for 24 hours...
