"We decided to stay from December 30 to January 3, and it was an amazing experience. Twice we visited the gym, and we took full advantage of the sauna. We had access to ice skating, but we sat by the fireplace and watched the young people skate. New Year's Eve was a pure delight from in-room dining to the four different restaurants with distinct cuisines. The view of the fireworks was accessible from all four dinning experiences, but The Bygone was the best location. Next year spend your holidays...

Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. "

"From the room to the breakfast everything was great , it seems the rooms were renovated recently , spotless . Good price , great quality parking it’s an issue but for the hotels a businesses in the area , you have the valet option and it’s around the same price of the public parking across the street . "

"Everthing was perfect! By far the best experience that I've ever encountered with hotel staff. The front desk staff, Tykwon (sp?) and Dakota, were extremely pleasant, helpful and kind. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and served in the hotel's beautiful restaurant by an incredible lady! I'm originally from Baltimore and on my frequent trips back "home", I like to play tourist and I stay in a different hotel each time. I've stayed in 14-16 different hotels throughout downtown Baltimore...
