"Very comfortable and clean room, lovely breakfast. It’s not a hotel, it’s a house that gives services like a hotel (and possibly more). It might be a better solution for some and a matter for others. Overall it was great!"

"Home was built in 1790. On the bus line to head into Edinburgh. Owner is very sweet and very helpful with all there is to do in Edinburgh."

"The parking lot is small so , try to get a place by arriving not so late. We arrived very late , maybe 11pm - 12am , but SOMEONE left the key at the front desk with a note, we never saw anyone because we left the hotel very early in the morning, it was nice , we stayed at a basement room tho "

"Delighted with my stay! Simple but very quiet & clean single en-suite room (No.3 on 1st floor) overlooking the rear garden. Nice selection of breakfast options, pleasant manager(s) with excellent & speedy communication, parking outside, & the ‘Old Town’ within walking distance. "A hidden gem, the place is very clean Lesley and John are really nice people to deal with and couldn’t do enough for you. We struggled to get a taxi and they offered a lift going over and above for their guests seems to come naturally to them. Would recommend anyone to stay."

"エディンバラを朝から晩まで楽しみたい方にはおすすめしませんが、観光客で溢れたエディンバラを脱出して郊外で特別な宿泊体験をしたい方にはおすすめです。お城の塔の寝室、大広間、屋根上が貸切です。お姫様というよりは砦の城主の気分を味わえます。車で行く方が多いようですが、私たちは最寄りのWallyford駅（エディンバラから2駅）から歩きました。遊歩道を30-40分ほど歩くと着きます。夕食は済ませるか、調達してから行く必要があります。朝食は部屋に準備してあり、好きなものを選んで食べられます。オーナーご夫妻が気さくでとても良い方々でした。おすすめです。"
