"Awful staff, I paid in advance and obnoxious female tried to swindle a second payment, this stopped when the obnoxious female realised I carry around a file of documents showing what I paid and when. What kind of 'hospitality' is ths? The facility should be shut down."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The spa and swimming pool were excellent and a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options. "Having parking was a huge benefit, the high street does get busy so knowing it wasn't going to be an issue is great. The breakfast was lovely, nice amount of choice and the full cooked breakfast was huge! We didn't get a chance to have a coffee in the cafe but the homemade cakes and biscuits looked delicious. Check in and check out was smooth and quick. We were in room 86 and the windowsill needs a bit of maintenance and the room could do with a freshen up but the room was clean and the bed...

"Nice clean room, in great location. Mostly staff were helpful apart from the time I waited five minutes to be served and the waitress then served the lady who just came in and totally ignored me. Food was excellent value for money. Overall a good visit and would definitely go back."

"The room had a bad smell , booked a double room and had a small double bed , the shower constantly backed up and was either freezing or boiling and had no water pressure and made a loud rattling noise whenever it was on and was also filthy. You could hear everything in the rooms around us and the could hear the people above us walking round the room all night."
