"Only reason I’m giving one star is because zero is not an option. The staff at the front desk was rude. There were two tvs in the room, one wouldn’t change channels and the other had no volume. The shower was barely a trickle and the room just smelled bad. Certainly not what I expected for a $200 a night room needless to say we won’t be back."

"Wasn't as awful as some made it seem. The beds were clean, and comfortable for a nights stay. The room was musty, but cured with a high AC, and I think we slept through breakfast. Would consider using again."

"Rooms were clean and nice. TV reception wasn't the best but why are you just sitting in your room if you're at the beach? Breakfast was great! Location is not too far from everything. My only complaint, which isn't really a big deal, was not being able to check in 30 mins early cause the rooms weren't ready. I would use this hotel again. "

"We stayed at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Galveston Beach Resort from April 20–22, and it was an amazing experience. The room felt like a home away from home—fully equipped kitchenette with stove, dishwasher, fridge, and all utensils. The beachfront view, swimming pool, and hot tub made it a perfect vacation spot. A special thanks to Beth at the front office. She helped arrange a small anniversary surprise with roses in our room, and it was done perfectly. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!"
