"This property was comfortable and clean. It is located close to a few restaurants and shops. The beach is at the end of the street. We stayed for one night only and were very happy with our stay. I do feel the bathroom would be challenging if staying for a week due to its size. The pool is also quite small. But the room was charming and clean and perfect if you’re not seeking a larger space or more on site amenities."

"Great view from the beach the best part! Room lacks some amenities like a microwave or water outside to wash your feet from the beach and some more chairs/ beach supplies would be nice. Fantastic view and comfortable bed!"

"Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer ."

"Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Way too much money for what it’s worth. The room was very small there was no ice at all on the property. It was hard to communicate with anyone to get extra towels or clean towels. Also someone popped in the pool and it took them all day to clean it and when they did clean it they didn’t add chemicals to the pool to sanitize it. I can see now why this is a one star hotel"

"Normal, I was dropping off my son at IMG. It was pricey, for the price I prefer to stay ay UTC Sarasota (nothing near). UTC has a mall and lots of restaurants and a Target near"

"The property is good, the service is good, and the room is nice and spacious; the only issues are that the TV picture isn't great and there are few entertainment channels."

"The room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast had a lot of variety (eggs, sausage, potatoes, pastry, bagels, fresh fruit, waffles, coffee, hot chocolate, juice), frr parking, great location 5 minutes walk from Riverwalk and rooftop dining for sunset viewing 3 minute walk!"

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."
