"The property was clean and not crowded because there are only 40 units. Staff was very friendly. We used the free bikes, and beach chairs with umbrellas. A free trolly runs by this property every 20 minutes to take you around the island and to restaurants. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Zota Beach Resort on Longboat Key. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, with stunning Gulf views from our balcony. Our room was modern, well equipped, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, kind, and professional, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
