"The owners are a lovely couple and made us so welcome. I would recommend them to everyone. There is a downstairs bedroom if you cannot manage stairs. Breakfast was the best i have ever had in a B&B. Plenty of parking available on site. On a quiet road so easy to pull out. I cannot fault it."

We received a email from bill the owner the night before about gaining access to the property and the code .my friend and o had a lovely stay the property is in a great location right next to st marys church and the centre of town. We would definitely stay at this property again . When next in Whitby xx"

"Room and restaurant area were clean, breakfast was freshly prepared with quality produce. Nice touches in the rooms like bottled water daily. The building and grounds were beautiful and well maintained WiFi was an issue despite WiFi boosters being used, not ideal when trying to keep in touch with family whilst away I used Waze for directions to the hotel and it brought me up from Sandsend via a very narrow lane. The hotel can’t do anything about its location but might be useful to provide information about the roads around the hotel and maybe suggest instructions on getting to the hotel as coming in via the A171 was a lot less daunting"
