Second time staying here to enjoy Whitby. Will stay again and would recommend. Very clean, quiet and parking isn’t too bad if you het lucky.

Was a bit cold in room (only 1 small radiator for large room 8) plus no heating in bathroom, everything else was ok, did not see hosts but that wasn’t a problem because they give us all the information we needed beforehand, and a welcome pack was provided on arrival which gave all the information about parking etc .

I had a wonderful stay at Kimberly House in Whitby. The single room was a beautiful, cosy little space — extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect for a solo traveller. I felt completely safe and well looked after. The owners were so kind and helpful, with excellent communication throughout. Whitby itself was gorgeous as always, and being able to enjoy it while feeling well rested in such a welcoming place made the trip even more special. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect as we were only a short walk away from the Whalebone Arch, so you're not far at all from where you'd want to be. The room was lovely and clean, and the pillows and bed were all comfortable. There was a decent sized TV and plenty of storage space for our things. There was even room under the bed. The hosts were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location, lovely owners, clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was great, as signal was limited. Parking on arrival was a bit difficult but that was to be expected as it was the bank holiday weekend and it was packed, it calmed down during the week.

Felt like a home away from home

A fantastic apartment that felt like being at home. Great location only a few minutes from the centre and the beach. Host responded to questions promptly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is clean and tidy stayed in room 3 found it a bit tight for space in both the bedroom and bathroom but it was the budget room and they had made the best use of the space available. Personally I liked the check in process (not for everyone)you arrive pick up your welcome pack and go to your room no contact with anyone we did have a slight problem during our stay and the fact there are no staff on sight did not cause any difficulty in getting it sorted a quick phone call and problem was solved (hence ther eason for the 5 stars for staff/service). Would I stay here again yes definitely

Great location

Great location, good communication from owners before and during the stay. Contactless check in which worked. Lovely room (4) with bay window to sit in. Close to all Whitby has to offer, head out of the guest house towards the sea and the whalebone is on your right with a path down to the harbour and onto the shops and Abbey. Would stay again.

Perfect apartment & location when in Whitby!!

Kimberley House is in a great location for a stay in Whitby. It was perfect for our weekend when there for the Supercar Saturday. We found new places to eat and drink along Skinner Street and Flowergate that we hadn’t found before and look forward to going to them again. (Botham’s bakery and Jet Black Jewel cafe bar) The self contained apartment is great and will equipped for a nice weekend away or longer if you want. We will definitely stay here again when in Whitby!!

Lovely guest house

Arrived later in the evening, welcome pack was ready for us. Room was small but had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. Nice view from seating area in room and in a great location for exploring Whitby. Parking was made easy with a permit which cost £5 for the weekend. We left the car at the hotel for the weekend and walked everywhere. Would recommend this guest house, we had no problems at all during our stay.

Det var et betjeningsfrit hotel, dog var der en utrolig sød og hjælpsom house keeper som med sin store hjælpsomhed reddede opholdet for os, da det var lidt svært at finde ud af diverse detaljer Dobbeltsengen var desværre temmelig smal
