"Staff here are amazing! They let us store our luggage and use the pool area until our room was ready! Also they were great at helping with parking etc. rooms are very nicely appointed. Lots of restaurants and a casino too. "

"The room was very clean and perfect size for 2 people. Ample room for bags and bed very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walking distance. The room is a little dark as we booked the studio but everything else more than made up for it. "

"The good:The room was styled nicely and spacious. I was welcomed as well as given a welcome gift. The hotel is in a very good location to be close to activities as well as restaurants. There is a bridge that will take you to their casino as well as the sky tower, restaurants and other activities. The bad: They give you the option to reuse towels and wash cloths. My used *wet* wash cloth was rolled and set atop an unused one. That did not make sense to me. I ordered a club sandwich...

"We now know why all the reviews were excellent. No dissapointments. All good. Great facilities and staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner to room Lasagna by on site chef was the best we have had. Not 5 star but not trying to be. Very close to airport and great value. "

"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Very clean & comfortable room. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. It’s our first time to NZ, & glad chose this hotel. Convenient location, free parking daily, bed was comfortable, they provided complimentary tea/coffee/chocolate packets, & best part was the they cleaned the room well everyday. Will definitely visit the hotel again. "
