"Hotel staff were really friendly and everywhere was clean. It was a short walk to the city centre and about 10 minute walk from the Highcross shopping centre car park where the parking was only £6 via the hotel discount. We stayed to go to a darts event which was a 20 minute walk. Overall it was a lovely stay."

"All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting "

"Room was inexplicably hot, with no fans or AC etc - I had to keep window and door open all night adding to background noise from busy road. Pillows also very thin. Communications before we’re very frustrating- with multiple emails stating I couldn’t stay if I wasn’t a student. This included one (automated) after I’d had to email to confirm I could. "
