She said and I quote "your kids need to wear clothes to breakfast and they will not be allowed tomorrow to have breakfast if they don't wear clothes" to make things clear, my children were wearing onsies and she had an issue with it. "The hotel is in the middle of Leicester and does NOT have the parking they claim to have so nowhere to park. Room handles and floor were sticky and bathroom had no heating so was like an ice box. As an experienced traveller I always request a quiet room and I was on the first floor at the back of the hotel. Traffic and general noise was high and the noisiest bin men in the Country crashed around at 600am having loud conversations with hotel staff. This is the 15th hotel I have stayed in this...

"The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us. "Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel.
