"Unique hotel but horrible customer service, and medicore food. The front desk staff needs serious training on how to help people with reservations made online, how to be accountable for their own mistakes, and heres an idea- don’t make your guest walk-through the lobby to find a towel at the front desk when there should be some available at the entrance to the pools! I celebrated my birthday here and I had planned to return for an anniversary, but not after how I’ve been treated. Not worth it"

"If you are looking for a romantic getaway with an amazing view, I would highly recommend the Lodge on Harrison. It was clean, kitchen was stocked with all your needs, with a private BBQ and fire pit. No need to leave the property."

"We didn't use the air conditioner. Had to leave the Motel to see the view. The Motel is run down, could be a lot cleaner. The WIFI, was spotty or maybe the plug ins didn't work very well. We thought it was our charger cords , but they worked fine, when we arrived home. The fridgerator was fine."

"Great location! Able to walk to all the shops and the beautiful lake is directly across from motel. Staff are awesome and very helpful. "

"Staff were very nice and the hotel and room was clean with nice walk-in shower. The train nearby makes the beds shake and they didn't put soundproof windows for the busy highway beside the hotel so the noise level from the outside is high. There is a Tim Hortons and pizza shop next door but larger restaurants are a short drive away. "

"We loved this hotel. Our family had a wonderful time. The kids loved the slide and pool. The breakfast was wonderful. We hope to visit again sometime! "

"They need hook in bathroom to hang and they should have separate light and fan because when you’re switching it, it makes noise and wake up the other person"
