"Overall very happy with our stay, the staff are great, very happy and polite. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was ample and well cooked we were catered for very well. My only issue would be the room was a bit small and the bed a bit hard but we didn’t let it spoil our stay at all."

"The Inn was in good order, the staff were pleasant and efficient. Our evening meal was good and the choices available were good. The room was clean and tidy although small. The wash basin was inconveniently small and we were unable to get hot water out of the tap ; we ran it for a long time but it remained stubbornly cold! "Nice B&b , lugging heavy suitcases up stairs is a problem. They need a luggage elevator. Food and bar great. No ac and fan a bit noisy and old. Good parking ."

No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

They went out of their way to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was comfortable and the whole experience felt relaxed and well-organized. "I liked that it was a very quaint, pretty little cottage in a very good location - within walking distance of the town centre but not too close for it to be noisy. The passing traffic in the morning can be quite noisy at times but nothing terrible at all. The lady who owns the property has obviously put a lot of thought into little extras and items you might find useful when staying away from home, which were greatly appreciated. "A very clean one bedroom flat with all the amenities required for a holiday. Very centrally located for the town centre and easy to access property. Slightly strange layout (you need to walk through the bedroom to get from the lounge to the Kitchen and bathroom). Please be aware that Parking at this property is very difficult. It is located in a very narrow terrace and we were only able to access the parking space for one day of our holiday and the space was either blocked by neighbours or...

"We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher cottage. The grounds of Maesgwynne Mansions (on which this small courtyard of cottages is situated) are lovely; this time of year flowering rhododendrons are a highlight, and a walk around took us past the fishing lake and neighbouring fields with various farm animals. There are fabulous views, and the outdoor swimming pool had a cover enabling us to use it even in early May. very peaceful & highly recommended."
