"We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher cottage. The grounds of Maesgwynne Mansions (on which this small courtyard of cottages is situated) are lovely; this time of year flowering rhododendrons are a highlight, and a walk around took us past the fishing lake and neighbouring fields with various farm animals. There are fabulous views, and the outdoor swimming pool had a cover enabling us to use it even in early May. very peaceful & highly recommended."

"Nice weekend away, very nice hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and a great breakfast. Only a stones throw from the beach and the shops and bars. Would recommend."

"The property was In a nice quiet location. Our room was spotless and nice decor. Tracy and Richard were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. "The access road was being renewed when we went which did make it awkward but staff were around to point us in the right direction. The hotel was immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful and the free hour each day in the gym and spar was super. The main highlight though was the beautiful views of the bay from the dinning area even on a cloudy day!"

"The room was cleanly made and had simple but tasteful decor. Amenities were sufficient and the staff was responsive when we had to ask for additional supplies. The restaurant downstairs had a magnificent seaview though, so having a meal there would certainly be nice. It definitely is value-for-money, and made for a very nice stay."
