"The staff were great and did their best under difficult circumstances. The hotel is in the middle of a gradual renovation project which means it's a bit of a mess. You call the lift and you might get a clean usable one or one full of building materials. The room I was given had, so I was told, been renovated but felt only partially done and cleanliness was not very good. E.G. the coffee cups were both dirty inside and the bathroom was not very clean. The new beds are on wheels which became...

" Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. Also food on site was great."
