Lovely hotel with modern, spacious rooms. The staff are amazingly helpful. Location - walking distance (5-10) minutes to the amazing night markets, restaurants and bars but tucked away in a more peaceful street.

Room was nice. Pool facilities and location terrible with this loud bang sound every 20 secs from some neighboring kids park. Service at pool bar was terrible - they messed up my order. Check-in and check-out was very slow and the hotel is super crowded with conference crowd in passages leading to lobby. Disappointed with this hotel. Location, room and breakfast were great though!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai

Fantastic hotel if you want something special in Chiang Mai. It’s modern, clean, stylish and comfortable. Excellent choice of food, amazing staff - nothing is too much trouble. Great location too for walking to local markets and temples.

Excellent stay with friendly staff

It’s lovely looking hotel. Good breakfast. Nice staff who are very helpful. We had a Mountain View room which was nice but quite small (and not very practical sliding doors to the bathroom).

This hotel was beyond our expectations. From the welcome every time we stepped into the property to the moment we left, the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The terrace room has a private hot tub that is on the entire day and cleaned periodically. The renovation is very luxurious for the room. We found it convenient to get a rideshare into the old city and nimman area where we spent most of our visit. The surrounding area is also very walkable with lot if spas, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.
