"I had only a room rate, so didn't have the breakfast. The room was very comfortable, very well maintained. The staff were always cheerful and friendly, happy to help. The location is brilliant, right near the beach and right by the town centre. All in all it was a way of feeling comfortable and 'at home' on a small budget. I'd recommend the place. Thanks. "

"Second stay, just as enjoyable as the first. Staff are friendly, rooms are a good size though it can be a bit of a walk from reception and a little maze like. Nice location although the building itself is showing signs of its age. Spa downstairs is well equipped and there are lots of peacocks wandering around the grounds. Area is very nice, close to Snowdon, not too far from Chester or the coast. "

"We had a wonderful stay at IXORA. The location is perfect, right next to the lagoon and hills, offering beautiful views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We spent some time in the hotel spa, it was incredibly relaxing and definitely worth the fee. As dog owners, we really appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere and the outdoor garden, which was perfect for short morning walks. The staff were all very friendly.
