Rooms were good. The lady at reception who checked us in was flat and seem annoyed. The other lady next to her was so much happier. I wished I had her instead.

Great location if you are looking to be in the heart of the action. Rooms are small but functional. Buffet breakfast is great. Bring your own pillow or buy a cheap one from IKEA once you get there as the pillows are awful

The rooms can be a bit cramped if you bring a full group of 4, but the lobby and the surrounding area is full of nice places to go and eat. Overall a good time and a decently upscale place. Also close enough to Disneyland Tokyo, if you're into that.
