"The size of the 2-bedroom apt was kind of smaller than we expected but it was cozy and comfortable for 5 of us. The sound insulation in the apartment was very good considered that this property was in the busy downtown area. The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The things that we didn't like were lack of closet space and the toilet is in a separate tiny room (like small closet) than the bath and sink area. Also, there was some kind (like pee) smell constantly coming from...

"Excellent easily accessible property. Within a block of entrance to Ginza line and konbini. Clean, spacious room with separate shower room and separate water closet, well-stocked kitchenette, and washing machines (a must during summer), ideal for families. Would recommend to others and stay there again. Keep in mind there is no large lobby with seating where you can wait to check in, and elevators are outdoors, and although covered, still hot during summer."

"AMAZING hotel. The location is within walking distance of 3 metro stations, 7/11 is across the street and there are many good restaurants around. The staff went BEYOUND any expectations, very friendly, polite and all spoke good English. The suite was very spacious and extremely clean.Will highly recommend it."

"Loved to stay here!! Highly recommend it. Spacious, confortable and very friendly staff. The washer/dryer was in the room itself, a great convineience. For us this location worked great as its away from very busy area and provided a calm, quiet location to return to and less crowded trains from here. We didnt mind changing the local trains with transfers. Lots of convenience stores near by. "

"We loved this hotel. Mostly because of the staff. They are so helpful, trying their best to solve any issue. The room itself is plain but very comfortable. Great beds! Spotless clean and has everything you need. It's really close to some 7/11, family mart and other shops. There's a really good Chicago style pizza 3 min walk from it. Devil's craft if I remember correctly. The closest Starbucks in in shin nihobashi stattion, just 2 min walk from the hotel"

"the rooms were clean and the beds were comfier than any hotel we've been in theres a local grocery store right across the street but also within walking distance to 7/11. the front desk also has some really nice suggestions for eating around the area its also very quiet on the block and we didn't have any noise issues up on the 9th floor would absolutely stay here again"

"Great hotel! Friendly staff and exactly what was described."

"The staff here is extremely friendly and always great you will a smile upon entering and exiting everyday. Check in was fairly easy dispite them not speaking perfect English, with the kiosk they were able to direct us. They offer basic amenities for free at the front desk and do housekeeping every 3 days on longer stays. This hotel is also really close to multiple railway stations that we made good use of and also lots of convenience stores and quantity restaurants. I hope to return to this...

"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel. The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated. I also appreciated the shower in bathtub with good water pressure and a good range of toiletries. The shampoo and liquid body wash have a wonderful and calming feel and scent. Hotel even provided pyjamas for guests to use during their stay. Location-wise, the hotel isn’t in the most central of Tokyo areas. Selecting this feature is deliberate - the beauty of the hotel is that it is located slightly outside the busy Tokyo areas in a quiet neighbourhood, providing respite after one's senses have been assaulted in the busy areas of Tokyo. It is however an easy 5 to 8 minutes' walk to the nearest subway and JR station and also to restaurants in the neighbourhood and in and around the Tokyo Dome area. The hotel has thoughtfully provided 3 massage chairs in a room at the 3rd floor which, if one is lucky with timing, are available for guests to use. "
