"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted.
Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
"The location is rather off track. Right in front of a highway flyover. Building were only service with just 6 to 8 persons and every morning, it's just a terrible wait for stopping all floors before you can end up on ground for your breakfast. Breakfast close like 10 am just too early. I wouldn't rate it as 3 stars.maybe one"
"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"This hotel was amazing. There were 2 breakfast options, one that was a buffet style with both Japanese and western options. The other was just Japanese. Every single staff member I met was super friendly and helpful. The room was more than adequate. Comfortable bed, good amenities in the room. If there was anyone in the room next to mine, I didn't hear anything from them. I would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that would have made my stay better would be to increase the number...
