Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I am conflicted about this place. On the one hand: great house. Beautiful. Clean. Full with amenities and very practical. On the other hand: the location is weird. The gated community is great. But outside after two mini you reach the coast and it’s full with homeless in tents. And driving towards HNL it’s at least 30min of this. So from the house there are no close by nice beaches or restaurants. Some fastfood close by in front homeless are sleeping. I don’t understand why you build such an immaculate gated community is such a poor location. Also the upper floor has no dampening so if someone walks around it’s like elephants are dancing
