"My family and I couldn't have been more pleased with Hotel du Lac. The property is bright, roomy, sunny and SPOTLESS! Our rooms were comfortable and faced the lake. "Nice little hotel. Our room was very warm and we could not turn on the air conditioning - it had just been turned off for the change of the season. So we sweated in the room. The offer a breakfast that is very good with lots of options. The gentleman servicing us was very nice! We tried to order a drink off the bar menu but the woman running the bar would not do it. Confusing since it's on the menu! There is a very nice pool and on the roof a hot tub. The only thing we didn't like was the rug in...

"We stayed here for our Minimoon and it was absolutely amazing. We had a room with a terrace, which had a perfect view of the lake. The room itself was recently renovated and spotless. The hotel has a lovely terrace where you have breakfast and dinner, with even better views and all the Italian charm you could hope for. The staff were all so polite and attentive, we felt looked after throughout. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"location is superb and nice old style European Hotel."

"I love the old school vibe this hotel gives. It has a lot of character. Also the woman at the reception desk (i think her name was Greta) was SO helpful and gave so many good recommendations for food and activities. One thing i didnt like was there were no irons in the room. I had to either send my clothes for ironing service which i had to pay for or go downstairs and use the iron which wasnt practical for me. Otherwise, this was a beautiful hotel. "
