"Quiet staff were very helpful and friendly"

"We checked in on Tuesday and the team was really nice (Vicky, Monse, and Gabriel) and helpful. We had a bit of trouble with our room being a bit stinky and the AC not working. We went back to the front desk and spoke with Vicky walked us to another 2 rooms until we found one that had an AC working properly and said that if the following day we wanted to be moved she would be more than happy to help get that situated. We all loved the popcorn up front, hot chocolate station and the cucumber water. Overall we were pleased with our room, customer service and the ability for all named above to go above and beyond to help us thoroughly be comfortable during our stay. We will be letting others know about Fair Field and coming back when in California. Thanks again from Texas. "

"Good value hotel. Lots of fast food eateries near by. Excellent staff. Ask for the lovely chocolate cookies they gave at reception. Only clean rooms every 2 days that we weren't expecting. So if you want fresh towels let reception know. Otherwise very happy with our stay. Great shuttle too. Very punctual. Good meals at restaurant. Especially the chicken wings on special $8 if I recall on Wednesday special menu. Good restaurant. "

"We stopped here enroute to our cruise. Easy free shuttle to the hotel. Hotel was clean and restful. Pool on roof with hot tub nice and clean. Publix transit 5.50 total to World Cruise Center was easy.. out the front doors turn left walk about .75 mile to Aiviation / LAX to Harbor Train (C line - Orange ride 4 stops), take the steps down to the bus (950 Silver line to San Pedro) hit the button or get off at Beacon and first. Very easy but not for everyone. Be sure to download the tap card app load with 6.00 and the metro link. "
