"We only stayed in the property one night. In between Rome and Cinque Terra. The staff was amazing, easy to talk with and helpful . I was very stressed on arrival as I had just lost my phone and the gentleman was so supportive . The room was pristine and had a little balcony. I wish we had a little more time to stay there. Also - location wise you probably want a taxi with luggage from the train station but can walk there in about 20 minutes. The tower is about 5 minutes in the opposite direction...

"The room was amazing , clean and new , we had a triple room as we had our 12 yr old grandson with us, it was so well thought out, meaning he could have space to himself, and his own tv. Which had movies in English once you changed the language settings. You literally came out of the station and a 3 min walk to the hotel… then it was only about 20 mins to the tower and other sights"

"The staff were incredible! So friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, would benefit from some more fresh options for fruit as deemed to run out quite quickly. The sitcom worked incredibly well which was perfect for us! The shower head in our room leaked slightly and the pressure fluctuated. Has to be said that the location of this hotel is perfect! It makes it so easy getting to and from places, lovely place! X"

"We had a really lovely stay in Pisa. The room was cosy, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bags when we arrived early. Breakfast was served at a nearby venue which was absolutely lovely. While it wasn't a full breakfast, the complimentary coffee and croissant were excellent and a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay with friendly service, great cleanliness, and an ideal location. We would happily stay here again."

"The staff were very friendly, and the room was ready hours early which was a bonus after a long journey. We had a room in front of the Pisa tower which was beautiful at night after the area was free of people. The windows are sealed very well to block off the noise, great water pressure and ac, and we enjoyed the proximity to the town and train station. I highly recommend staying here!"
