"This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. Great location, it is not far from restaurants, a local shop and only about 15 mins from the tourist are with the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, etc. Our host Virginia was absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. "Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good. The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."

"This was a nice roomy place with plenty of room. It is within driving distance of Pisa and the beach and a few other local towns as well. There was plenty of parking as well. I would highly recommend having a car to be able to stay here though. It had a nice mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, it would have been nice if it had a freezer as well. We really like staying here."

"La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale al nostro arrivo, e purtroppo basta un pomeriggio di domenica di pioggia per mandare un po' in tilt la situazione. Alle ore 14.40/15 impossibile mangiare nella struttura (ristorante chiuso, minimarket chiuso, bar senza prodotti salati) ed impossibile anche recuperare un ombrello se ne sei sprovvisto. "The hotel is really wonderful, with a very interesting history worth reading about. I was a little bothered by some bouse at night, but that's really about being in a town with a healthy nightlife. It's worth a small inconvenience for staying in the hotel! Pisa is a little hip, with some alternative lifestyle apparent. There are some super restaurants nearby. I liked Lou Lee's...the pasta was fantastic. For anyone going to stay there, I can promise you a unique stay at the hotel...beautiful, and quite charming. "
