"The location is unique and the hotel is a refined and updated classic. I've been coming here for about 25 years off and on and still love this hotel. My only disappointment this last visit is that I asked for a room with a view. Since it's summer and I was on a lower floor, the only "view" was of the trees across the street. If a great view is important to you, perhaps make the reservations in person, not online. "

"Everything was wonderful. It exceeded my expectations. 2 negatives...the pillows are too fluffy and there was no soap for the shower. Other than that, it was great, and will definitely stay again, since I have to be in that area alot. "

"The food was great and being welcomed to the smell of popcorn after a 6 Hour Dr. was just what my body and soul needed! I felt bad for the poor girl at the front desk because the woman ahead of us in line was screaming at her for not giving her a free upgrade. This employee remained composed and professional, and when it was our turn, she smiled the whole interaction never happened. I highly commend her for her composure and feel bad that she was spoken to that way."
