The pool was under construction and closed and the balcony in the room I booked was not accessible, neither of which was noted in the description of the hotel at time of booking. I specifically ordered a balcony room with the expectation of being able to use the balcony and I chose a hotel with a pool for the same reason. I was disappointed to learn that neither of these things were available only after arriving for my stay. "

"We had a good experience at the Quality Inn in Lewisburg WV. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! Breakfast was included with our stay. The pool is located across the back parking lot and not attached to the property which didn't matter to us because we didn't have the time to use it. Good enough for a short stay. "
