"Perfect setting in the mountains"

"We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

"Furniture in the room was covered in dust. Dirty, stained towels. Unexplained fire alarm (false positive reportedly) in the middle of the night."

"I just needed a place for 1 night. It was perfect, the thruway was close. Yes..it was dated but very clean. I did online booking and check in was a breeze. And I was able to park right in front of my room."

"We stayed in a room that had an upstairs. At 6 AM the noise upstairs started. Things dropping to the floor. Banging and pounding. I complained to the property manager. His office is above our room. He was up early to do some work. One would think he’d be respectful of the noise at 6 AM. Evidently not."
