"The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended a terrific restaurant and made the reservations! Also provided a boxed breakfast for an early train. The room was very nice and quiet. It is right by the ferry and near the walking path by the water. Would go back! Only downside is shortest walk from train station does not have sidewalks for most of it. "

"Struttura un po’ vecchiotta. Camera molto piccola ma visto che serve solo per dormire, per 2 va bene così. Suggerirei solo qualche mensola o appoggia oggetti in più in bagno. It’s perfectly located for. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants. You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. "Apartment was huge but felt the space could have been configured a bit better e.g. with a kitchenette or more comfy living area. View was amazing (just be aware that the picture shown is when the trees were very young/ had no leaves and they now cover the lake view). Breakfast was nice. Cleaning was good but would have liked the bed linen to be changed - we stayed for 5 nights and it was not changed."
