"Lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants, one on the rooftop with bar. There is also a cafe serving the best coffee I have had in India. "I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money."

"What I didn't like is dishonesty. I drank two beers 175 rupees each) from the mini bar. One on Wednesday and one on Thursday. During check out I mentioned it and asked to pay.
