"Host is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage."

"The Baumhaus appartment was fantastic. The elegant entrance hallway leads you to the airy garden with the amazing tree. Our room, Emmerico, was on the top floor and had a fabulous balcony overlooking the garden and the city. The room was airy, well lit, plenty of space and very clean with a comfortable bed and seating. The little kitchen was perfect for a city break. We had a late check in, after normal working hours, and the instructions with pictures and videos on how to enter the building was...

"The hotel was very welcoming and rooms and common areas were beautiful. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The only problem that we had was trying to book another room for our family--after repeated attempts, the hotel computer system continued to prevent us from reserving and paying for the room. Although the problem was ultimately resolved over several days, it was a very frustrating experience. "

"Really liked this hotel and would definitely return. It’s a fairly new hotel about 10 mins away from Porto Downtown area. Beautiful room and staff very friendly. My only concern is that the waiting staff in the restaurant do not speak very good English. First morning our coffees did not arrive. Second morning my omelette did not arrive and bacon, sausage, Frittata were cold due to sitting around for too long. Whilst each time an apology was made I do believe this service can be made much better...

"What a beautiful property! The rooms are so gorgeous and the building as well...you feel like you are going back in time. The staff is amazing- we were given excellent recommendations by the woman at the check in and followed her advice and saw so much of Porto in 2 days!
