"Picked this hotel because of the price and reviews. Such bad advertising. The lobby is nice but the rooms are subpar. Chipped paint, drab, depressing. The breakfast was not at all what I would expect from Italy. Also, terrible customer service. The gentleman at the front desk was so rude about our party not having all our keys at the end of the stay. We stated we left the key cards in the rooms and he kept accusing me of lying. I’ve never had a hotel in any city in any country I’ve stayed in...

"We enjoyed a very good one-night stay at the DC International whilst passing through Padova. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with special mention to Marco and Georgia on reception who made us feel very welcome and gave lots of useful information. The bar and restaurant staff likewise were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel with free parking was convenient, and the room had all you would expect in a modern hotel."

"Excellent stay at the Molino Stucky. Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Would highly recommend. Breakfast is fabulous and exactly what you would expect of the Hilton. Wi-Fi connection is fast. Roof top bar is a must and offers panoramic views of Giudecca and Venice. The Island of Giudecca is a lovely location and offers a great place to escape. Hotel offers regular shuttles to Venice from the Hilton ‘stop’ and the public transport Vaporetto stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel...

"I (solo female in my 60’s) stayed in single room for 1 night at Hotel Venice Resort Airport and was happy with it. Used shuttle to get to airport (10 min ride) for early flight. Staff friendly and helpful. Room quiet and comfortable, had chair and small desk. Hotel very safe. I would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing hotel and located on the island of murano. The ferry takes you to main Venice in about 10-15 minutes and they come every 10 minutes so don’t let its location steer you away from this hotel. Loft style rooms were nice as well. I would avoid the breakfast though, it was nothing to rant about. Otherwise an amazing state and they have a free water taxi to the Venice airport."

"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel completely misrepresented the room. I booked a room for 3 adults - the sofa bed barely fits a 5 year old child. I booked a pay at the property reservation and the hotel threatened to cancel the reservation unless I paid in full before my arrival.
