"This was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel for a quick overnight before a flight. I was coming from Tuscany and wasn't sure which train I'd make. The staff communicated with me the whole time on how to get into the hotel, should I arrive after the last shuttle. When I got to the airport I called, and the shuttle was there within 10 min, super seamless.
