"Booked as an overnight layover and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel and staff received us. I wasn't quite sure to begin with but hands down this place is exceptional value for money. Breakfast was great and served fresh and their valet driver was awesome. Highly recommended from someone who wasn't quite sure what we'd get."

"Best Breakfast.. and good clean Room"

"Extremely disappointing experience at Royal Signature Hotel Hanoi. The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality, and the overall quality falls well short of what’s advertised. Our first room was unbearable. The AC made disruptive noises all night, and turning it off left the room so hot I was sweating and couldn’t sleep. Wi-Fi barely worked, conversations from neighbouring rooms were clearly audible, and loud plumbing noises woke us early in the morning. Someone also rang our doorbell...

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"
