"El hotel muy bien, pero es lamentable que siendo un hotel con alta demanda turistica no tengan personal bilingüe, ademas me cobraron un monton de cosas extras, propinas, impuestos, etc.... y ni si quiera recibi ayuda por lo menos para subir mi equipaje. Muy buena ubicacion si vas a tomar algun crucero"

On site bar / restaurant was barely open & breakfast choices were limited. Property is bright - the pool area is a highlight - but...
