"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"Hotel was stylishly decorated and there was a nice vibe created by the layout of the social areas and also by the staff. Room was really comfortable, clean and well thought out, again stylish decor and a spacious bathroom. Nice view across the rooftops to the Liver Building. Staff really engaging and helpful - it’s the staff that make it. Would definitely go back."

"This was a very nice hotel, however, I was extremely disappointed in the restaurant here. We went down and were ignored by the staff so we went down the street for dinner. The restaurant is my only complaint though, outside of that it was a really good place to stay."
