"Walk around the property along side the ocean on both side, it's pretty unique place to enjoy morning walks."

"Like the room we get on the 4th floor. Staff is always friendly and helpful. As well as the maid service.. very nice and accommodating. Everything was excellent and on time.. one thing..the lighting in the bathroom is not that great..wish that could be better..but not a deal breaker..or the full length mirror should have a light on it.. as well.. otherwise fantastic stay..we stay here twice a year!!!"

"The hotel was supposed to offer 4 free hours of car charging, but the front desk incorrectly told us that was not the case! Also we were not informed that an adaptor is needed to charge a Tesla at their site. A passerby explained this to us, since tge front desk seemed clueless. There should be clear and detailed information on how to use the charger and the cost."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location, and some of the newer rooms are much more comfortable than the older ones. However, the price is higher than what the overall experience justifies. The common areas could be better maintained, particularly the hot tub, which was not as clean as expected. The service was average and did not consistently meet the standards one would expect at this price point."

"The AC was not functioning and no one was notified after booking to give people an opportunity to rebook somewhere else. My room was then switched to a room with a portable AC unit that was duck taped to the window and kept falling off. The window had to be opened the entire time which let in a bunch of noise. However it was clean and the balcony and courtyard was well maintained. The food in the restaurant wasn’t the best either but it was quick for a small kitchen."

"The room smelt like sewage everytime you flushed the toilet. Only had half a roll of toilet paper at check in and staff was never around to ask for more, had to buy my own, staff was never around and when asked for anything they were rude and not communicative. TV Remote batteries were dying and never replaced. Listing on Expedia said rooms came with Microwave in room and there was none. There are absolutely no amenities at this property!!! Only good thing was the location"

"Immediately when we walked in, there’s a couple of cockroach we killed on top of our tv stand. There’s bugs flying in the bathroom too. The bathroom has no blower, the grout in the bathroom tile floor is moldy. The bunk bed room has no a/c only a standing fan in it so it was hot, we had to keep it open for the kids so they can get that a/c from a different room. Hence, no privacy. The room won’t soft close so you had to pull and push really hard just to close it. I don’t like that for a room...

"Be aware that if you are given a room facing Rosecrans St. you will have a sleepless night from the unbelievable constant car noise! The windows do not block any of the car noise!"
